Almost every proposal has a date. Here is the honest timeline, the one we tell clients who come in on week six hoping to be done.
Week 1–2: Consultation and sketches
We talk through budget, style, stone, and timeline. You receive 2–3 silhouette sketches. This is the cheapest moment to change your mind.
Week 2–3: 3D render
You see a photoreal render from two angles. We allow two revision rounds here — after this, changes get expensive.
Week 3–4: Casting and rough
We print the wax, invest, cast. The piece comes out rough and gray. This is normal.
Week 4–5: Stone setting and finishing
Ivy sets the stones. Grace polishes and finishes. We photograph it against a ruler to confirm size.
Week 5–6: QC and shipping
We check every stone under 10x loupe, clean, pack, and ship. International insured shipping takes 3–7 days.
Bottom line: six weeks is our standard. Rush (3 weeks) is possible but adds 20% and limits revisions.
